Pastor Jess served as CCF Davao Lead Pastor, Strategic Planning and Admin Pastor at CCF Main, and CCF Eastwood Lead Pastor. He is currently the General Manager for CCF Retreat Center.

Pastor Jess has a wealth of experience as an executive in the areas of marketing and general management of business units in multinational consumer-packaged goods, retail banks (the Philippines and Indonesia), and Christian movements and foundations prior to his engagement in CCF. He is married to Geri, his lifetime ministry partner, serving the Lord with him wherever God sends them in different seasons of life.
