Pastor Joby graduated from Menlo School of Business in Palo Alto California and took up special courses at Harvard University with honors. He worked in a US military leasing company and back in Manila, worked in the airline cargo industry while setting up 5 personal businesses in a span of 20 years.

He became a committed follower of Christ in 1986. and heeded God’s call to be a pastor in 2000, serving now as pastor-elder of CCF Alabang. His passion is teaching and training individuals in biblical principles and seeing lives transformed for God's glory. His teaching ministry extends outside the borders of CCF Alabang as he writes thought-provoking inspiring, devotionals through his FB account which has thousands of followers to date. He is married to his lovely wife, Cindy and together they have two sons—Jake and Miles and a daughter, Sandra.
