Welcome to GLC 3! The modules here are designed to help you be more effective in making Christ-committed followers who will make Christ-committed followers. Our prayer is that you will be encouraged and equipped to be a faithful servant of Jesus as you help expand His kingdom to the ends of the earth.

What is GLC 3 LEAD?

GLC 3 LEAD is a leadership program, designed for those who are leading a Dgroup or discipleship group. It provides a more specialized training for CCF dgroup leaders and multipliers on how to better mentor, coach and counsel their disciples towards spiritual maturity and multiplication. Apologetics and Bible book study series are an integral part of this equipping level. Sharing the gospel beyond your families and familiar places is emphasized so expect the training to include lessons on understanding worldviews, practical learnings on how to begin and sustain spiritual movements around the Philippines and “all the nations” through multiplying leaders who will “make Christ-committed followers who will make Christ-committed followers”.

Going through GLC 3 LEAD

GLC 3 is a 4 to 6-month training program to equip Dgroup leaders to become spiritual multipliers up to the 4th generation of Christ-committed followers. It is composed of 6 core modules and will take you through topics on mentoring, coaching and counseling skills, spiritual warfare, the right character and culture of a leader, among others. Total length depends on current offerings.

Book 9: The Multiplier

Learn Biblical principles and tested practices of spiritual multiplication which will equip you in developing multiple generations of disciples. This module will take you from being a Dgroup Leader into becoming a Multiplier whom God can use to accomplish the Great Commission.

The Life App

Training Formats

GLC is committed to respond to this fast-changing and fast-paced world, with the unchanging and always-relevant Biblical truth, practical ministry skills, and character-forming life application. Through different learning formats, every one can be equipped with GLC training. GLC has 4 Learning Formats, which means you can choose how you want to take your training depending on your situation and needs.

Big Small Group

Here, the training is done in a big plenary group. Afterwards, further discussion is done in a small group setting.

GLC e-Learning

If your work or lifestyle prevent you to take onsite GLC trainings, consider getting equipped online. GLC is now available 24/7 with GLC e-Learning.

GLC in Small Groups

The trainee goes through GLC lessons with their DLeader in their DGroup meetings.
