About the series

This module focuses on the leadership principles you can apply in your small group. It will discuss key areas on how to become an effective discipler. It is designed to motivate you in assessing your own leadership style and make needed adjustments for a more effective discipleship ministry. Practical suggestions on how to cultivate relational and spiritual growth of the group will are included in the lesson.

Pastor Desmond Chan

Pastor Desmond is a graduate of the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines (BSOP) where he earned his MDiv in Christian Studies. It was in seminary where he met his wife, Jojo a fellow-student at that time. He was part of the pastoral staff of a Filipino-Chinese church before joining CCF where he served as a volunteer pastor.
